We are located in the Sabal Ridge Shopping Center next to Carraba's Grill at the Northeast corner of US 19 and Nebraska Ave. Since 1992, we have treated patients of all ages for a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, auto/sports injuries, sciatica, referred arm pain/sciatica, arthritis and fibromyalgia. We also provide preventative Wellness Care for those tryijng to maintain obtimum health. X-ray, massage therapy and physical therapy are performed in the clinic. All chiropractic examination and treatment is performed by Dr. Levin.
